Panthers re-sign GM Zito, add on title of president

Less than a week before Florida begins the Stanley Cup Playoffs on home ice, the Panthers added to general manager Bill Zito's role on Monday, naming him the team's president of hockey operations, signing him to a multiyear contract extension.
